Billy Napier has hired Lamar Sorey in the role of personnel quality control. In this position, he will assist the recruiting staff with player evaluations and recruiting. 

Billy Napier has hired James Thomas Jr. as a quality control coach. In this role, Thomas will work with the cornerbacks. He worked for Maryland last season as a special teams quality control analyst.

Billy Napier has hired Joshua Thompson as the Gators' director of football operations. He held the same position at Auburn in 2021.

Billy Napier has retained Corey Bell as part of his staff. Bell will serve as a quality control coach who will work with the running backs. Bell was the director of player personnel for the Gators in 2021. He also coached UF's secondary in 2017 under Jim McElwain. 

Billy Napier has hired Chris Couch as the Gators' GameChanger coordinator. In this role, Couch will essentially serve as a special teams analyst.

Ty Darlington has joined the Gators' staff as a quality control coach who will work with the tight ends. He spent the last five seasons on the staff at Oklahoma, his alma mater.

Billy Napier has hired Jay Bateman as the Gators' inside linebackers coach, the school announced on Tuesday. Bateman previously served as North Carolina's co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach over the last three seasons. 

Billy Napier has hired Sean Spencer as the Gators' co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach, the school announced on Thursday. He coached for the New York Giants over the last two seasons.

Billy Napier has hired Savannah Bailey as the Gators' senior director of player relations and GatorMade. GatorMade is "a holistic player-focused and purpose-driven initiative that develops each Gators football team member during their tenure at Florida and beyond."
