Road Trip trip week 6

Gator Country Road Trip takes a look at which prospects visited the campuses of SEC schools and those of some of Florida’s biggest rivals the past week.

Week six saw a lot of good games around the SEC and throughout the nation, which meant the top prospects were on the move, taking both official and unofficial visits.

In Tuscaloosa, Alabama defeated Georgia State to make for a pleasant Homecoming weekend that was attended by 2015 Carver (GA) defensive end Mehki Brown and Hoover cornerback Marlon Humphrey.

Down the road at Auburn, the Tigers defeated Ole Miss for a key SEC win that was attended by top 2015 OL Mitch Hyatt alogn with Rasheen Evans, Tyler Queen and Sean White.

Up in Starkville, Mississippi State gave LSU all it could handle until the fourth quarter. Not many 2014 prospects were in attendance but some 2015 prospects stopped in but none of Florida’s targets..

In Columbia, South Carolina knocked off Kentucky in a game attended by Bryson Allen-Williams and former South Carolina commit Wesley Green.

The last stop on the weekend road trip is Knoxville, where Tennessee came within a whisker of beating Georgia. Florida targets Clifton Garrett and Josh Malone were on official visits to this game.
