Florida Gators recruits react to Florida’s win over UGA

The Florida Gators defeated the Georgia Bulldogs in a big game on Saturday afternoon and while recruits weren’t able to visit Jacksonville for the game, they were able to watch it on TV.

Good news is that Florida will be able to host prospects on campus next weekend for the Vanderbilt game when the Gators kick-off at noon for homecoming.

Back to the Georgia game though, Gator Country.com reached out to several prospects to get their reaction on the Florida Gators big win over Georgia on Saturday afternoon.

Here’s what prospects had to say about Florida:

Florida Gators defensive end commit Jaquan Bailey-“Great game. Chomp Chomp.I said it’s great to be a Florida Gator.”

Alabama Crimson Tide kicker commit Eddy Pineiro-“Florida played great!”

Florida Gators quarterback commit Kyle Trask-“Florida really showed how dominant their defense can be.”

Florida Gators defensive end commit Antonneous Clayton-“I thought it was amazing.I’m a proud Gator.”

North Carolina State defensive tackle commitment Ben Frazier-“Florida doing what Florida does.”

Florida Gators receiver commitment Rick Wells-“It was a good game. The offense started off slow but picked up throughout the game. It’s all about the finish.”

Florida Gators center commitment Brett Heggie-“It was a big win.”

Linebacker target Mack Wilson-“What about them Gators though.”

2017 defensive end target Zach Carter-“The Gators dominated throughout.”

Florida Gators defensive end commit Eric Mitchell-“A great game by the Gators as a team. I can’t wait till next year when I get there.”
