OL Travaris Dorsey commits to Florida

Saturday kicked off Florida’s first junior day and with it came the Gators fourth commitment for the Class of 2014.

Jacksonville (Fla.) Raines offensive lineman Travaris Dorsey committed to the Gators Saturday. Raines also held offers from Georgia Tech, Louisville, North Carolina and Tennessee.

GatorCountry.com caught up with Dorsey following his commitment, “Yes sir I committed to Florida, coach just asked me if I wanted to make it official and I told him yeah.”

The 6-foot-3, 280-pound Dorsey picked up his Florida offer while attending Florida’s Friday Night Lights camp last July.

Dorsey is the first offensive lineman in the 2014 class, he joins current commits quarterback Will Grier, receiver Ryeshene Bronson and cornerback Duke Dawson.
