SEC announces Florida Gators basketball game times and TV schedule

On Tuesday, the SEC announced the game times and tv schedule for the 2017-2018 conference action. The Florida Gators enter the season after an impressive elite eight run and will be getting many opportunities at national exposure this season.

The 18 conference games for the Gators will be televised by ESPN, ESPN2, CBS, and the SEC network. ESPN or ESPN2 will televise eight, CBS will televise four, and the SEC Network will televise six.

The SEC opener against Vanderbilt on Dec 30th will be televised by ESPN but a set time is still in the works. The Gators will get a prime time matchup on ESPN at 8:15pm on Jan 20th against Kentucky on the road. The Gators will host the Wildcats on Mar. 3 at 12pm that CBS will televise. The Feb 27 matchup against Alabama on the road at 7pm on ESPN/ESPN2 could end up being a very important game.

Florida looks to add on to the momentum of last year’s impressive season. The Gators will have plenty of opportunities to show the country what they can do.
