Not only is Saturday a big game for the Gators on the court, it’s also an important opportunity for Florida to impress four recruits.
All of the prospects in attendance are from the Class of 2014 and will be on unofficial visits when they visit Gainesville on Saturday.
The need for big men is a key for Billy Donovan and he will host 2014 Oakland Park (Fla.) Northeast forward Malik Price-Martin this weekend.
Martin a 6-foot-8, 190-pound power forward already holds a Gators offer as well as several other big offers from schools.
Another big man will in attendance in St. Louis (Mo.) Christian Brothers College High forward Jordan Barnett.
The 6-foot-7, 180-pound Barnett also holds an offer from Florida as well offers from Kansas State, Michigan State among many other top notch schools.
Mesa (Ariz.) Mountain View center Payton Dastrup will also make the long trip to Gainesville for this weekend’s game against Arkansas.
The 6-foot-9, 225-pound center holds an offer from Florida as well one from the likes of Arizona, Boston College, Texas A&M among others.
Jacksonville (Fla.) Arlington Country Day guard Brandon Francis is the only prospect visiting this weekend who doesn’t currently hold a Gators offer.
