After taking game won 8-2, Florida baseball defeated Georgia Southern 11-6 after seven innings in the second game of Sunday’s doubleheader. The Gators trailed 6-1 after 4.5 innings before combining for 10 runs in the fifth and sixth innings.
Four of the six Florida pitchers that toed the rubber recorded a scoreless outing. Cade Kurland, Landon Stripling, and AJ Malzone homered in the contest.
