Week 4 Evaluation Period

The Gators coaching staff visited prospects again this past week. The majority of the focus was on Florida but the staff did visit other states as well.

Here are some of the prospects Florida’s coaching staff visited this past week during week 4 of the evaluation period.

Monday:

Defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin and receiver coach Joker Phillips visited Hinesville (Fla.) Liberty County linebacker Raekwon McMillan.

Tuesday:

Defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson visited Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) University cornerback Quincy Wilson and linebacker Richard Yeargin III.

Tight end coach Derek Lewis visited Plaquermine (La.) High defensive end Davon Godchaux.

Travaris Robinson and defensive line coach Brad Lawing visited Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas receiver Corey Holmes and defensive tackle Anthony Moten.

Offensive coordinator Brent Pease visited Perry (Fla.) Taylor County receiver/tight end Moral Stephens.

Brent Pease also visited Dixie County (Fla.) Cross City cornerback Duke Dawson.

D.J. Durkin visited Wauchula (Fla.) Hardee Senior defensive end Keyon Brown.

D.J. Durkin visited 2016 Crawfordville (Fla.) Wakulla receiver Keith Gavin and offered him.

Wednesday:

Tight end coach Derek Lewis visited Covington (La.) High defensive tackle Garrald McDowell.

Travaris Robinson visited Plantation (Fla.) High cornerback Chris Lammons.

Travaris Robinson visited Miami (Fla.) Central running back Dalvin Cook, offensive lineman Trevor Darling and 2015 receiver Devonte Phillips.

Thursday:

Florida visited Palm Bay (Fla.) Bayside defensive tackle Travonte Valentine and linebacker Greg Miclisse.

Joker Phillips and Travaris Robinson visited Homestead (Fla.) High receiver Ermon Lane.

Joker Phillips visited West Palm Beach (Fla.) Dwyer receiver Johnnie Dixon.

Florida visited Miami (Fla.) Coral Reef receiver Jacob McCray.

D.J. Durkin visited St. Petersburg (Fla.) Admiral Farragut Academy running back/fullback Cortavious Givens.

Friday:

Brad Lawing visited 2015 Lexington (N.C.) North Davidson defensive tackle Shy Tuttle.

Florida visited 2016 Dade City (Fla.) Pasco receiver Nate Craig.

Receiver coach Joker Phillips visited West Palm Beach (Fla.) Cardinal Newman receiver Travis Rudolph.

Offensive line coach Tim Davis visited St. Petersburg (Fla.) Lakewood offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn.

Saturday:

Florida visited Tarpon Springs (Fla.) East Lake receiver Artavis Scott and 2015 receiver George Campbell.
