UCF LB TJ Bullard commits to Florida

UCF linebacker TJ Bullard committed to the Gators on Monday morning, marking Florida’s 21st addition through the transfer portal this offseason. Bullard has one year of eligibility remaining.

As a redshirt junior in 2025, Bullard appeared in 10 games for the Knights, primarily in a special teams role. The 6’1, 190-pound linebacker recorded two tackles on the season while adding 0.5 tackles for loss vs. North Carolina on Sept. 20.

In 2024, Bullard appeared in eight games and recorded one assisted tackle. After appearing in no games and redshirting in 2022, the Tampa native appeared in eight games in 2023 and recorded his first career tackle in UCF’s season opener vs. Kent State.

Bullard has logged just 51 defensive snaps over the past three seasons but has carved out a significant role on special teams, totaling 235 career snaps, including a career-high 101 last season.

Bullard is the son of WWE star Titus O’Neil, who played defensive end at Florida under head coach Steve Spurrier from 1997–2000, appearing in 44 games as Thaddeus Bullard. His younger brother, Titus Bullard, is a walk-on edge rusher at UF and is projected to be a redshirt sophomore in 2026.
