Tony Livingston commits to the Florida Gators

The Florida Gators picked up their fourth commitment for the Class of 2022 on Thursday when an in-state prospect committed to the Gators.

Offensive lineman Tony Livingston (6-6, 270, Tampa, FL. Carrollwood Day) committed to the Florida Gators over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida State among others.

“Committed,” Livingston said of Florida

Livingston is a two-sport athlete who just recently picked up an offer to play basketball for Florida from Mike White last week.

As a junior, Livingston played tight end but since then has added weight and projects to play tackle in college and what John Hevesy is recruiting him to play.

Livingston will walk-on with the Gators basketball team since he will be on scholarship with the football team.

The Tampa native joins quarterback Nick Evers, defensive end Francois Nolton, and receiver Syveion Ellis as members of the class of 2022 so far.
