The Florida Gators cruised past FAU to open the 2021 season

The Florida Gators (1-0, 0-0) defeated the Florida Atlanta Owls (0-1, 0-0) behind a great defensive performance.

Todd Grantham and his defense faced a lot of questions heading into the season but they quickly put those to bed as the defensive line dominated the game.

Emory Jones and the Gators offense relied on the rushing attack on Saturday as they cruised to a season opening win.
