Rapping Receiver Wants to Woo the Florida Gators

If football doesn’t work out, Qwuantrezz Knight can always go into the music business.

This West Gadsden High receiver/corner (6’0″, 183 lb.) has grown up right outside of Tallahassee in Greensboro as a Florida Gators fan, where he’s been honing his skills; musically and athletically.

Knight is currently looking to attend the University of South Alabama because “that’s the mainly the only one I really have.”

But he has been steadily rising on recruiting experts radars, and they like what they see.

Qwuantrezz is hoping Florida coaches like what they see from him as well when he attends Friday Night Lights, the Gators annual high schoolers showcase at the end of the summer.

If he’s able to pick up an offer from Florida, Knight says he’ll commit “right that second…it’d be a dream just to get an offer from Florida.” He adds that while his forte is receiver, he’d be willing to stay permanently at corner or any other position the coaches move him just so he can make plays for the Gators.

When he’s not on the field, Knight likes to entertain his teammates with original raps. Learning that, we here at GatorCountry put him on the spot; send a rap back to coaches and fans making your case.

He delivered and he plans to continue to deliver as he makes his way into the minds of Florida coaches.

First up is Friday Night Lights. Here’s hoping he drops the mic as he walks off the field.
