Notable: This early enrollee helped lead his team to a 9-3 record as a senior and was named Class 1A First Team All-State. He comes in having spent time under the tutelage of former NFL cornerback Alphonso Smith Jr. Burnett played not only cornerback but running back in high school at Pahokee High School.

Quotable: “Burnett is in extremely good athlete that can play on either side of the ball,” Smith said. “I think his position is defensive back but he will help Florida out in the return game.”
