Florida Gators recruiting reaction to the win over South Carolina

The Florida Gators went on the road and defeated South Carolina to enter the bye week on a winning streak.

While the game was on the road, several of Florida’s top commits and targets were watching the Gators on Saturday on TV.

Tight end commit Jonathan Odom-“Amazing game, especially in the conditions. Great tight end usage again. Good team win and looking forward to seeing them get healthy in this bye week.

2020 athlete Dee Beckwith-“Glad to see the Gators bounce back from the previous loss.”

Defensive line commit Johnnie Brown-“All I got to say is man our coaches are the best.”

Linebacker commit Derek Wingo-“Keep it going, Georgia you up next.”

Defensive back commit Jahari Rogers-“I love watching this team play, I can’t wait to get there but the team played really good with what the conditions they were in.”

2021 receiver James BlackStrain-“it was a great road win! They spread the ball around and I seen Trask lead them to a win.”

2021 safety commit Kamar Wilcoxson-“They started slow but finished strong. I’m just ready for Georgia.”

2021 safety Dakota Mitchell-“It was a battle in the beginning but the Gators did what they were supposed to do so it was a good game to watch but of course the Gators came through. Go Gators.”

2021 defensive back Jordan Young-“Great enthusiastic game. Way to bounce back.”

2021 quarterback commit Carlos Del Rio-“Great win, Florida came out hard and executed well.”

2021 defensive back Jordan Hancock-“Great win.”

2021 defensive tackle commit Christopher Thomas-“I didn’t get to watch the whole game but when Florida was losing, they came back and won. I can’t really watch their games but I will be in the stands soon.”

Quarterback commit Anthony Richardson-“Great team win, way to play hard and finish strong.”

2021 tight end Gage Wilcox-“Proud of those boys, played a great game. Go Gators.”

Offensive line commit Issiah Walker-“Great game from the Gators, they just keep on pushing and not giving up.”
