Florida Gators knock off UCF in the Swamp 24-13

The Florida Gators (3-2, 1-1) defeated the UCF Golden Knights (3-2) on Saturday in the Swamp.

Florida’s defense came out firing early on as they held UCF to less than 40 yards rushing in the first half.

The Gators’ offense started fast and put up 24 points in the first half behind a strong passing game.

 

FIRST QUARTER:

Florida 7, UCF 0- 13-yard passing touchdown from Graham Mertz to Elijah Badger with 7:02 to go.

Florida 21, UCF 3- 3-yard rushing touchdown by Montrell Johnson with 1:50 to go.
