Will Muschamp may not think much of handing out a depth chart — saying he doesn’t care who starts games, only concerning himself with how his team finishes them. However, to fans that have been starving for football, the release of the 2014 Florida Gators football depth chart is like being served a medium rare porterhouse steak with all the fixings. It’s juicy; it’s just what you’ve been waiting for.
With just four days left until the Florida Gators kick off against Idaho, Muschamp released the official fall depth chart today.

Wonder if the “not gonna happen” guy will come back for crow?
No need to. It was his opinion. I had reasons to believe that Treon would be the backup and he, apparently, had reason to believe other wise.
As a casual observer, I was a little surprised to see Burton ahead of McGee at TE. Did Burton really separate himself in camp, or are the two pretty much interchangeable?
Personally, I think naming Clay the starter is a nod to him for being a senior over a guy who is a transfer. There’s no doubt that McGee brings much more to the table as far as offensive production and I think you’ll see the snaps show that.
