The Florida Gators (4-4, 2-3) lost to the Texas Longhorns (7-1, 3-1) in Austin on Saturday afternoon as the offense had no answers without DJ Lagway at quarterback.
The Gators trailed 35-0 at the half and were never able to create much momentum in the second half as the offense struggled to hold onto the ball.
Florida’s defense failed to get pressure on Quinn Ewers and the Longhorns were able to move the ball through the air at will.
