Domingue joins recruiting staff

Billy Napier has hired Doug Domingue as the Gators’ director of recruiting innovation.

Domingue worked in the digital media department for Napier at Louisiana from 2018-21. He was the director of digital strategy his first two years. In this role, he served as the creative lead and the only digital video director for all 16 varsity sports.

He was promoted to senior director of digital strategy in 2020.

Prior to joining Napier’s staff, he spent eight years as a regional freelance content creator. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2004 with a bachelor of fine arts degree with a double concentration in film/video production and 3D animation.

Domingue will now bring his video-making skills to UF’s recruiting department.
