The Florida Gators stayed hot on the recruiting trail on Wednesday as they picked up their third commitment of the week.
Defensive lineman Stive-Bentley Keumajou (6-2, 295, Miami, FL. Coral Gables) committed to the Florida Gators over Auburn, Georgia and Miami among others on Wednesday.
The Gators did the best job of recruiting Keumajou and they were the only one to host his parents on campus as they made the long trip over from the United Kingdom to meet the coaching staff this spring.
Keumajou is someone that defensive line coach Gerald Chatman and the rest of the staff made a priority early on as they were one of the first schools to offer the defensive lineman.
Auburn, Georgia, Miami, and Texas were all in the mix with the Tigers finishing second to the Gators due in large part to his relationship with Jon Sumrall and the staff as well as his mother’s approval of Florida.
Keumajou is the second defensive line commit in the class as he joins defensive lineman De’Voun Kendrick in the class after Kendrick committed in April.
The defensive lineman is also the 13th commit in the class and joins Elijah Hutcheson and Kailib Dillard as prospects to commit to Florida this week.
