Clark retained as part of recruiting staff

Billy Napier has retained Chase Clark as part of the Gators’ recruiting staff. Clark will serve as the assistant director of college personnel/on-campus recruiting coordinator.

The Birmingham, Alabama, native joined the UF staff in 2019 as an assistant director of player personnel. In this role, he assisted with the evaluation of players and recruiting.

Prior to Florida, Clark was the director of recruiting at UAB in 2018. He also interned with the Seattle Seahawks in 2017.

He served as a student assistant in the recruiting department at Alabama from 2012-16, which included a four-year overlap with Napier. He graduated from Alabama in 2016.

Clark is the son of All-SEC kicker Brian Clark, who played at Florida from 1978-81 and was a team captain his senior year.
