This is Vogel’s first time that he has been given the award, and it comes after capturing his second individual title of the season at the Charleston Shootout.

Vogel shot a 69, 65 and 72 to lead the Gators to their third tournament title of the season.

The victory was part of an astounding season for the junior, who has finished inside the Top 8 in the past six tournaments.

The stretch includes a first, second and first place finish in his three spring events.

Vogel and the Gators return to battle on March 9 when they compete in the S.H. Collegiate Masters at Southern Highlands in Las Vegas.
