Notable: Scarlett is an absolute beast on the football and the Army All-American proved that this year by rushing the ball 143 times for 1,224 yards and 24 touchdowns, while catching three passes for 68 yards and another touchdown. Scarlett is a powerful runner that should be a five star in the rankings.

 

Quotable: “I’m going to be attending Florida next year, Go Gators,” Scarlett said when he announced his decision.
