Florida Gators Football: Tide outlast Gators, 42-21

The Florida Gators (2-1, 0-1 SEC) headed to Tuscaloosa to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide (4-0, 1-0 SEC) in a much-anticipated matchup. Last week the Gators defeated Kentucky 36-30 in triple overtime, while the Tide defeated Southern Mississippi 52-12. The game was close in the first half, but defensive errors and a stagnant offense slowed the Gators.
