I am Linda, 60 year old late bloomer artist and love acrylics. My husband and I live in Cedar Key and are gator fans. We love football. I have been painting 4 years. Five years ago I had severe pain and a friend introduced me to an artist. Her intent was to get my mind off back pain. It was the best medicine in the world. I had never thought of myself as an artist. After two back surgeries in 5 years I am so thankful for the gift of getting into the red zone of art. I am sending this message because of your art. If you ever want to come over to Cedar Key and talk art wow! I would love to see some of your work. I am heavy into mixed mediums. It is about an hour and 15 minutes west of Gainesville.
