The Florida Gators had five players named to the Stillwater All-Regional Team after the conclusion of the tournament, as voted by credentialed media. Right fielder Ashton Wilson earned most valuable player while pitcher Brandon Neely, first baseman Jac Caglianone, third baseman Dale Thomas, and shortstop Colby Shelton were also honored.
Florida’s five selections were the most by any of the four teams in the regional.

Ashton Wilson
Wilson went 9-21 (.429%) at the plate spanning five games, combining for five RBI, five runs, and one home run. Wilson’s 10 total bases in game one vs Nebraska marked the most by a Gator in the 2024 season. Wilson played a critical role in Florida’s back-to-back victories over Oklahoma State, recording three hits and two runs on Sunday night while driving in a pair during Florida’s game seven victory on Monday.
Jac Caglianone
Caglianone went 6-17 (.353) at the plate including two home runs and five RBI in Stillwater. Caglianone recorded a run in each game of the regional, combining for eight across five games. Caglianone also walked seven times.
Dale Thomas
Thomas went 5-19 (.263) at the plate including a home run, double, and four runs scored. Thomas also made his presence felt defensively, sporting a 1.000 fielding percentage on the weekend which included several highlight plays at the hot corner.
Colby Shelton
Shelton went 6-19 (.315) at the plate with two home runs and a team high seven RBI. Shelton delivered a clutch go-ahead home run in the 6th inning vs Oklahoma State on Sunday night to force a game seven the following day.
Brandon Neely
Neely tossed 5.2 innings of scoreless relief vs Oklahoma State on Sunday night while allowing just one hit and three walks. Neely struck out 11 of the 17 batters he retired in the contest. Neely also tossed 2.1 innings of scoreless relief in Florida’s Friday night game vs Nebraska. In total, Neely delivered 8 scoreless innings of relief while allowing just four hits and four walks.
