Orange and Blue spring game visitors list preview

The Florida Gators will hold their annual Orange and Blue spring game on Saturday to conclude the spring portion of practice.

While the team is playing on the field, the Gators will have several big-name prospects on campus watching and visiting with the coaching staff.

The coaching staff has had a lot of prospects on campus this spring and that will continue Saturday for the spring game.

GatorCountry brings you a visitors list preview for Saturday’s spring game.

Offensive side of the ball to be well represented

Several top prospects on the offensive side of the ball will be on campus on Saturday and the biggest name is receiver Caleb Cunningham who will make the trip over from Mississippi. Cunningham was on campus in January and likes the coaching staff, but Mississippi State and Ole Miss will be tough to beat for the instate receiver.

Receiver Naeshaun Montgomery will also be on campus on Saturday, and this will be his second time in less than two weeks on campus. Montgomery is a top target for the Gators and Florida is trending in the right direction for the receiver.

Baylor receiver commit Ashton Jones plans to make the trip from Texas on Saturday and this will be his first trip to Gainesville.

Offensive lineman Ziyare Addison is expected back on campus on Saturday after visiting Gainesville on Thursday. The coaching staff impressed Addison a lot during the visit and the lineman is excited to be back on Saturday.

Defensive side of the ball

The Gators will have the chance to impress several guys on the defensive side of the ball on Saturday including linebacker Ty Jackson who’s expected in town. Jackson is one of the top targets at his position.

Linebacker Anthony Williams is scheduled to make the trip from Texas on Saturday for his first chance to see the Gators in person. Williams is someone the Gators have been recruiting for a while now.

Defensive lineman Amir Leonard-Jean Charles will make the trip down from Tennessee for the second time this year. Charles visited for a junior day earlier this year and was impressed by the coaching staff.

Defensive backs Kaylib Singleton and Maryland commitJett White have both visited UF this spring and both guys are expected back on campus on Saturday. Defensive backs coach Will Harris is very high on both of these guys.

Florida commits expected

Several of Florida’s commits will be on campus on Saturday including defensive line commit Jalen Wiggins who is solid with the Gators but has taken some visits recently.

Offensive line commit Peyton Joseph and receiver commit Josiah Abdullah are both expected in town from Georgia on Saturday.

Offensive line commit Enoch Wangoy will also be on campus for the second time this week on Saturday.
