Florida Gators fall to the Missouri Tigers on late field goal

The Florida Gators (5-7, 3-5) lost to The Missouri Tigers (9-2, 5-2) 33-31 on Saturday night on the road in Columbia, Missouri.

Florida battled in this game after losing quarterback Graham Mertz in third quarter and they took the lead with 1:36 to go in the game as back-up quarterback Max Brown led the team on a long drive.

The Gators’ defense played better than last week and held up against a good Tiger’s offense but couldn’t hold up late against the Tigers as Missouri put together a drive to win the game.
