Amid this week’s talk of the scenarios in which the Florida Gators (5-3, 4-3 SEC) could make the SEC Championship, head coach Will Muschamp said nothing can happen if the Gators didn’t take care of business against Vanderbilt (3-7, 0-6 SEC).
Saturday night, the Gators continued to keep those scenarios alive, defeating the Commodores 34-10.
The Gators had much more balanced attack, passing for 215 yards and rushing for 214 yards. The defense had two sacks and forced four turnovers.
The Gators play South Carolina at home next week, a matchup that could leave fans with even more to say about a potential trip to Atlanta.
