PFF gives player grades after Florida’s Week 2 victory

For the last few years, Gator Country has used Pro Football Focus’ grading system in our reporting. PFF provides a different look at how a player or team performs beyond the traditional box score, grading every player on every play based on his performance relative to expectations.

Miscellaneous notes

Florida missed just three tackles in Week 2, bringing the Gators to 13 missed tackles through two games.

Freshman receiver Justin Williams received a grade of 89.4; however he only played five offensive snaps.

Sophomore cornerback J’Vari Flowers allowed one catch for negative one yard on four targets against Campbell. He also had two pass breakups.

Senior receiver Bailey Stockton had the highest run-blocking grade of the game at 85.9.

Senior offensive lineman Roderick Kearney posted the highest pass-blocking grade at 85.4. Senior offensive lineman Bryce Lovett was right behind him at 85.2.

Sophomore edge rusher Jayden Woods posted a 50% win rate on true pass sets. Sophomore defensive tackle Jeramiah McCloud posted a 33.3% win rate.
