The Florida Gators put together a solid 2024 class and are still in the mix for a couple of guys in that class ahead of the February signing day.
Billy Napier and his staff will continue working on those players, but they will now turn their attention to junior days where they will host underclassmen on campus the next three weekends.
These junior days are a chance for the staff to get ahead on some prospects and also meet some prospects for the first time as they will get a chance to sit down with the families of these players.
GatorCountry brings you a junior day visitors list for this weekend and several quarterbacks are expected on campus.
Quarterbacks coming to town
Leading the group this weekend will be 2025 quarterback Antwann Hill who recently decommitted from Colorado. The Georgia native has been a priority for the Gators for close to a year now and he has been on campus several times already.
2026 quarterbacks Will Griffin and Logan Rogers both already have offers from the Gators and both were on campus several times last fall for games.
Three other 2026 quarterbacks are also scheduled to be on campus this weekend and all three are looking to pick up offers from the staff while on campus.
2026 quarterbacks Carter Emanuel, Noah Grubbs, and Brady Hart have all said they plan to be on campus this weekend and it will be a chance for the staff to get ahead of the game with a signal caller from the 2026 class.
Offensive targets to visit
Joining the quarterbacks this weekend will be several other targets on the offensive side of the ball.
2025 Receiver Josiah Abdullah will make the drive down from Atlanta on Saturday and he’s close with Florida signee Myles Graham. Abdullah already holds an offer from the Gators.
2025 tight ends Bear Tenney and Tamez Young are both expected in town this weekend, and both currently hold offers from the Gators. The Gators will need to add at least one tight end in the 2025 class and could opt to take two in the class.
2025 receiver Tyree Weatherspoon will make the trip to Gainesville on Saturday, and he hopes while on campus to pick up an offer from the Gators.
Defensive targets to visit
2025 defensive lineman Jalen Wiggins has been to Gainesville several times, but Saturday will be a chance for him to meet new defensive line coach Gerald Chatman. Wiggins was close with Sean Spencer so Saturday is a big meeting for both sides.
