Hill hired as associate director of sports health

Tony Hill has joined Billy Napier’s staff as the associate director of sports health.

He worked for Napier at Louisiana last year as the associate director of sports medicine/head football athletic trainer. He helped the Ragin’ Cajuns win the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Championship and the New Orleans Bowl.

Hill was also the head football athletic trainer at Colorado State from 2017-20, and he oversaw the football training staff at Fresno State from 2008-16.

The Salinas, California, native interned with the Gators’ football and men’s tennis programs from 2003-04. He’s also worked for Arizona, California, Texas and Kentucky over the last 20 years.
