Notable: Elksnis flipped to Florida from Penn State after Tim Brewster turned up the heat on him once he arrived in Gainesville as tight end’s coach. Elksnis had a good senior year and can both catch and block as a tight end.

Quotable: “There isn’t a better offensive minded coach in college, the way Mullen creates mismatches for the tight ends too is a dream for a kid like me,” Elksnis said on why he’s signing with Florida. “Also how close I am to home so my family can come watch me play.”
