      Dear Gator515151, I work for the Executive Customer Care Department at StubHub. This blog posting was brought to my attention and I wanted to follow up. I was sorry to hear about the difficulty that you have experienced as the result of your StubHub order. I'd like to explain that StubHub is a secondary ticket marketplace and we do not hold any ticket inventory. All of the tickets on StubHub come from a 3rd party. In most cases tickets will ship right away, in some cases the sellers cannot ship their tickets right away but an expected shipment date is communicated to our buyers in these instances. Please note that StubHub guarantees that you will receive your tickets in time for your event.
