    Congrats!

    While unfortunately, I am biologically too manly to produce female offspring, I do have a stepdaughter. I hope I will be as happy as you when she gets engaged, but considering the choices she's made so far, I'm not optimistic. :D

    One of the hardest thing I had to do was give my daughter away at the wedding. But of course I will always be her dad and remind her of that often.

    Best wishes to all of you, Curtis. May you avoid the plague of the dreaded Bridezilla. Our daughter exhibited a few symptoms over the course of her engagement but fortunately the interval was fairly short, 4 months, and she had level headed friends to kick her butt when she needed it.
