what are some must haves for a "Gator man cave". We just purchased our first house and I'm looking for some ideas to make a Gator themed room for football watching! Thanks!

Skip the TV. Paint one wall white and buy a projector. I did this for years and the players were life sized

Here’s what I have for memorabilia items listed in order of favorite, you can probably find similar stuff on eBay if you were just looking for ideas - memorabilia is a great gift for those that already have “everything they need”:

    huge stuffed gator head

regulation sized helmets (one with script, one with 60’s Block F

Framed sports illustrated covers of all our championships

gator national championship basketball (made of ceramic)

albert ceramic statue (very cool older piece, I actually have two of them and was able to place it in common living room too)

Gator natty baseball in a custom trophy- really want to get Sully’s signature on this one day

the rest of my space is fishing, beer and lightning hockey stuff. Have fun collecting!

Look into purchasing something created by James Bates. He has some truly imaginative paintings that are worth the investment, I think.

He has a website for some of his mass produced items and prints but a lot of the things are sold out. :( SHOP — batesy gallery &
    About — batesy gallery

Here is a link to a gallery with more of his work not offered on the b8sy folk art web page Gallery — batesy gallery

    Batesey's version of The Swamp.

    Interesting painting.
Batesey went for LeRoy Neiman but
I see more Salvador Dali in his work.
