Marvin Wilson, Florida State. Worked his way all the way from a likely first round draft pick to an undrafted free agent (apparently without committing a felony--kudos for that!). He accused the FsU coach of lying about talking to players about the George Floyd incident (Lethal Duplicity?), and he just didn't play as well in 2020 as he did in 2019. He showed great leadership potential when he called for the team to boycott practices.

Surprisingly, he actually did better financially as an undrafted free agent than a 7th round draft pick, as multiple teams were apparently bidding on him. Maybe NFL teams just didn't want to be on record for drafting a Nolie.

Browns sign top undrafted rookie Marvin Wilson with $192,000 guarantee

It will be interesting to see how bad the Nolies will be this year considering how dreadful they were last year and all of the players drafted or picked up as free agents. Quite the disaster they have going on there (I still think they should boycott practices).

Worth noting that WR Tamorrion Terry also went undrafted.

There was talk last spring of those two being potential first rounders. Mikey Norvell convinced them both to come back to school.

That is some big-time ammo to use against Norvell in recruiting.

It's really too bad as his future will be a lot different. Sounds like he just had a poor season compared to the previous year and only played in 6 games as the reason for his drop

Jamie Newman. Probable starting QB at UGA, opts out “for Covid” - goes undrafted. UDFA with Eagles.

Norvell with get the ‘Noles better. Hopefully not anywhere near where Mullen has the Gators, but better. As much as I would love for him to be Willie Taggart version 2.0, I don’t see that happening.

I'm sure his immature and asinine "scary Terry" mask didn't plant the seed among scouts that he was lacking a bit above the shoulders.. That and the fact he was a one-trick pony doing all his damage on a single streak route. Running multiple routes and clearing the CBs was not his forte. Straight ahead speed and height are all he had going for him.

Norvell did nothing last year to show he is better than Willie. The Holes looked like a dumpster fire all year.

He showed tenacity in "avoiding losses" throughout the season. Just not the way one would normally do it

    So he had "Lethal Simplicity".

That's what Noles learn in practice.

Boycotting practice at FSU is the closest thing they have to self-improvement.
At least Norvell finally showed them the best way to evade tackles. Credit where it's due!

Nole players generally get knocked down for their decision making,
    For deciding to go there.
