No, and Fromm’s done in the NFL.
If only takes one team and I think someone trades up at the bottom of the first or top of the second for Trask.
How did the same talent look with Franks vs with Trask? A lot of people thought our WRs were not able to get open, then Trask comes in and they are always open. I have to disagree with your assessment. I think all the Oklahoma game showed is that he can’t beat a top team if all his WR and TE starters sit out the game... something that no other QB in the draft could do either.
I wish nothing but good things for Feleipe Franks
But anyone ranking him above Kyle Trask is a big dummy
KT played a tough schedule (all SEC ) and had virtually no run support. All he did was throw for 44 TD'S and damn near beat Bama in the SECCG. He's a worker, he's loyal, he doesn't complain, he's a leader. he's smart and tough and he can make all the throws. Some savvy NFL staff will pick him up and he'll still be there when some of the guys picked ahead of him are long gone. McShay has never liked Gators.
Plot twist... author of that article is Feleipe Franks’ mom.
and what about Bob ?
Pitts remains in top 10 while Toney falls, Trask nowhere to be found in this two-round mock draft

I'm rooting for our man, I suspect, when the draft cloud clears and we are 5 years down the road, that their will be some "experts" reflecting back on a 7th rounder out of Michigan, the one they passed over.
Kyle Trask will be on ESPN2 with Kirk Herbstreit at 7 tonight
Thank you good sir, I always miss these things
Marco Wilson above Trask = what’s wrong with the NFL draft. That guy can’t hold a shoe to what Trask accomplished.
I will never forgive the prima donnas that sat out the Oklahoma game. With them out of the game, our offense had no rhythm and Kyle struggled. They didn’t give a rat’s about him or the team. Selfish jerks.
Yep - Kyle played with a receiving corps in disarray against a Top 10 team that night. The miscommunication among lots of backups, drops, poor WR routes, and a couple bad throws in that game has resulted in Trask’s likely drop in the draft. It’s sad because a QB can’t do everything himself! The skill position guys who decided not to play really screwed Kyle over.
I would think NFL GMs and coaches would take the personnel from that game into consideration.
Kyle will be fine. Going in round 2 or 3 puts him in a position to learn on a team that’s not a dumpster fire. He will be off the board by the end of the 3rd and whoever drafts him will have pickled him up for a specific type of offense. Steelers, New Orleans, Minnesota, Bears could all use him.
Except Trask literally had a few practices with the 2's, who sure didn't step up very well. Even the 2's on an NFL roster are like 1's in college.
Trask crushed pretty much everyone this year without a real run game. Defenses sat back and said beat us through the air and he did, game after game.
Just to add to this...
It's amazing what a difference 1-2 passes can make, and Shorter dropped 2 very good long passes that hit him in the hands.
That stopped 2 separate drives.
If Shorter makes those catches- and they weren't difficult- Trask's stats look a little better and maybe we score 2 more TDs.
The game was lost by then, but it would have been nice to show a little life in the 2nd half.
