Truth is a defense.
All of them have been more than fair with me. Generally I'll toe the line and when I cross it I'll get a warning. I generally don't make the same mistake twice. All bets are off in game threads though. I quit drinking so maybe that'll help me tone it down this year
to quote robert hayes in " airplane " you picked a bad week to stop drinking.
This is with out a doubt the hardest forum to moderate. Game threads when we are losing are a close second.
I appreciate the mods allowing this thread to exist. It's useful, esp. if things are being administered differently. TBH - I'm surprised a poster would get any kind of consequence for calling a Governor a moron.
I got banned from the Zach Evans thread 15 just for saying he gonl! And I was right. This place is communist!
This is the same guy that wrote his city councilman to tell him he needs to be provided with free masks if they’re going to be a requirement. At least he’s consistent.
You are sort of new to Too Hot. You need to comment on your subjects moronic ideas, not call the subject a moron. We all make mistakes. Welcome back!
am i kotter?
no, i did not ask for free masks, at least get what i said about the mask issue right.
The problem is that half the people dont realize the ideas are moronic and will miss the insult.
I thought that you were banned for 3 days. Why do we keep hearing from you?
Game threads when we are not wining by enough are a close third.
Or recruiting threads where we didn't offer the kid a Dodge Charger and he is Bama bound.
i am in your head, like some say obama is in trumps. just banned from the 1 thread i was a bad boy in.
Moronic thinking process!
I do like that they can just ban us from threads now instead of from participating at all. Before that I just had to walk away from Too Hot while I was under a ban, too frustrating to read things without being able to participate. I have several threads I'm banned from, but at least I can still vent in a few places.
I do believe it is important to moderator actions to be accompanied by an explanation to the person being moderated.

He's not wrong asking for clarification. It sounds as though he thought he was following the rules and conventions.
But the clarification should be asked for via private message.
