Long, but all-encompassing. Perhaps a true conservative (which excludes Trump supporters) will post their “manifesto”. There are a number who post here. I’m sure there will be parts I agree with.

I agree with her. Most of what she wrote/edited is what people on here post on the regular.

My manifesto would be about the same but would include compulsory college football in war time and under plague. Doesn’t go along with the rest of my liberal ideology but no ones perfect.

Just a joke because she nailed my exact feelings on why I'm a liberal myself. As if I "blacked out" and ghostwrote it.

Stopped reading at #2. My humble opinion, You cannot claim a right to someone else’s life. Healthcare as a right means compulsory participation by someone else via doctor or nurse. And nobody has a right to anyone else’s time

That's a really silly argument. Hospitals are already required to treat certain persons by law. All healthcare as a right does is expand access so that we're not waiting until people are critically ill or injured before we require them to be treated. Plenty of other countries have universal healthcare, and yes, they manage to accomplish that without enslaving doctors and nurses.

well I think healthcare as a right is a silly claim. See how that works. Oh yes. Or course. The plenty of other countries argument.

What happens if you are having a heart attack and cannot pay?

Basically, you don't have a response. Yep, basically every other first-world country has figured it out. Yep, doctors and nurses are already required to treat people in this country if they are sufficiently sick or injured. So your fears about "compulsory participation" have already come true, yet I don't see anybody too upset about it.

That argument doesn't make sense when the Government can mandate you participate in a war by force based on your sex.

I know of no hospital that refuses care based on the ability to pay.

Anybody who thinks healthcare is a right hasn't experienced the reality that life will deal some insurmountable supply vs. demand issues. Healthcare necessarily has limits, it's always going to be about how those limits are determined.

RE #1: A country should take care of its weakest members; it should also implement protocols that deter actions that lead to its members becoming weaker

There's a lot to unpack in that post. I'm not sure what is meant by #8. I'm ok with men and women being discriminated against (see Title IX scholarship distribution disparities), so I'm not sure what "equal rights" are being referred to here. If everything was equal, there would be no male/female designations and only the best would qualify for a given sport...like what we do with race. So what is meant by #8?

That doesn’t even have the benefit of a supporting principle.
glad to oblige. Yours was funny, too. I’ll be wary of you from now on.
