Sleepy Joe is Rockin’ in the Free World! First he beat COVID here and sent it off to China, and now he is crashing the price of oil during a war!

Better than the Putin boot licker we voted against. Voted for Trump huh? And regret Biden won? You Must love you some serious Putin! Imagine Trump running the country now? Bailing out Russia to keep the price of oil down. Cutting off aid to Ukraine because they didn’t announce an investigation of Biden. You must really like dirty politicians who sell out their country for personal and political gain? Because that is what Trump did when he cut off the aid to Ukraine.

Gas prices follow oil prices. You need to understand how oil is bid in commodities contracts to understand why the price went so high and is now coming down.

Of course not. That’s my point. It’s profit taking.

In many shareholder meetings this past year, the tone has been celebratory that the uncertain economy has given corporations cover for raising prices and recording record profits.

I’d have to ask our director of manufacturing since it’s not within my everyday duties - I just get called in to review contracts to negotiate them for something like this. Our company tends to not use the major players though.

What makes Western countries attractive is, overwhelmingly, wealth. Look within our own country how much people care about democracy when their wealth is threatened. There have been color revolutions all over the middle east, except for the wealthy ones. Chinese students' repatriation rate have gone from negligible to an overwhelming majority as China got wealthier but less liberal.

If we want to preserve our way of life, we need to first preserve our wealth, and that means for all segments of society as well.

He’s right. How about we stop buying gas for several days… let the supply back up and prices fall? Basically a consumer strike.

New York(CNN Business) President Joe Biden is using his bully pulpit to call out the tendency for gasoline prices to go up like a rocket when oil spikes, but only drop like a feather when crude crashes.

Biden fired off a tweet Wednesday morning highlighting the painfully slow decline in gasoline prices in a bid to draw scrutiny to a decades-long trend that critics say hurts consumers by failing to pass savings along to drivers.

"Oil prices are decreasing, gas prices should too," Biden said on Twitter. "Last time oil was $96 a barrel, gas was $3.62 a gallon. Now it's $4.31. Oil and gas companies shouldn't pad their profits at the expense of hardworking Americans."

guess he does not realize oil companies will charge for the allready bought product, then will lowere prices to meet the current bought price, even i can figure that out, they ain't giving profits away, or should they.are meat packers going to drop the price of beef when grain prices for feed go down, no. are coors and busch going to drop beer prices when wheat, barley, oats etc drop ,no. face it, once prices go up, if the come down it is a slow process, sleepy joe cant rant and rave all he wants it will do no good.

Its amazing how you’re consistently so wrong. Biden is literally the first democrat I’ve voted for President. You did that by nominating Trump. And while I hope neither Biden nor Harris run again I’d vote for them over Trump without hesitation.
