The firm of Grimes, Copeland and Toney get 2,000+ yards and Jones gets 1,200 all purpose yards.

Hopefully Gouraige, Reese, and Heggie. Sky is the limit if that happens.

I hope it's one of our running backs. That would also mean that our O-line is run blocking better...

    Inside your head.
I hope the entire O'line breaks out. If that happens the sky's the limit.

Being a Panhandle person I’m rooting for Copeland to put up some numbers!

I think Pierce, Copeland, and Hendo will be the big break surprises.

Copeland wasn't ready for prime-time early in the season. As the season progressed, so did he. I would bet $ that he'll be one of the boys that steps it up big-time. Toney needs to do whatever it takes to get his butt in position to make a difference. Pierce and the new kid from Miami...those guys should be pretty bad-azz. As mentioned, if the O-line has improvement in the running game...look out baby.

Also on the defense, I like that kid Diabante or something like that. Skinny defensive end. If he can knock down some T-bones and sht, pack on 20 or so...dude looked good to me. He's a Gangly, "I'm gonna track your butt down and disrupt ya till ya call your momma"...type a guy.:cool:

    Go Gators.:)

In this day and social climate isn’t the term break out insensitive?

OMG, geeze... I completely forgot about him. Back in the Glory Spurrier years.

I guess we never really know how kids are going to show up. Sometimes they develop quick. Sometimes they flame out. Sometimes it's an incremental development. And sometimes just when you thought their time has run out a bright light comes on and they kick some serious butt and end up All Americans.:cool:

Here's to a great season. Man, I sure miss college ball.:(

    Go Gators.;)

  14. Agree that Copeland, Grimes and Toney are going to give defenses fits. We’ve seen what Grimes can do and the players all talk about how good Copeland is. Toney is a threat to take it to the house anytime he touches the ball.

I’m also really anxious to see what Lingard can do at running back. If the O-line can make some big improvements in their run blocking I think that Lingard could really make an impact. If we can get our running game going and Trask continues to throw the ball well, our offense will be hard to stop.

Whoever can take over Freddie Swains’ production from last year will be the breakout star. He was so important for our offense last year, and we can’t afford to lose that component in our arsenal.

I don't think he'll be a superstar, but I expect some good things from Rick Wells this season. Could see him getting 35ish catches for 400 yards and a few TDs.

I am not sold on Toney as a real playmaker. He dances too much.

I hope that Copeland & Grimes up their game to take pressure off of Pitts.

Lingard. He has a lot to prove, sat out a lot over the last 2 years and with his dad being sick, you would think he’s gonna lay it all out on the field
