I don't want to insert my take to influence any votes on here, but who do you all think will be the best NFL QB?

Any analysis, comparisons, ceilings, and floors that can be offered for these players would be appreciated.

    What do you guys think?

Burrow was so good last season it almost works against him in this poll because it's just hard to believe he can be that good repeatedly.

Eason seems like the most prototypical NFL QB.

But I still voted for Burrow.

I think Eason is a career backup...

Sort of like the Kyle Allens and AJ McCarrons of the world...

    Herbert is another prototype...

Since Colin Kapernick isn’t an option: Eason

Besides an obvious Fromm (no one is a given elite QB, his game says "long career as a backup") I don't think there is a good choice except for Hurts. Why? because he has already been a "has-been". He has a chip on his shoulder and a game that can help a team while learning. But it will be about which team selects him. Pittsburgh seems like the perfect place.

But if Burrow "gets it" instead of some weird perfect storm then he will become a HOF guy, barring injury. What he did last year was...inhuman. Okay, precocious but still...WOW.

Burrow is a great pocket passer with accuracy and was also elusive under pressure. Think he has the opportunity to do well in the right system. Not sure the Bungals are that system and will probably result in his less than stellar results.

If we're not accounting for the team that drafts these guys... I like Burrow the most...

But I think it's fairly likely that the Bengals ruin Joe Burrow... :(

In my view it all depends in what situation they are put because it is the system, coach, and players around a QB that can make or break a pro career in many cases . Burrow was a middle of the road quarterback until this year when he had a different scheme, a superstar QB coach and a great players around him.

I think it's a combination of that... and Burrow progressing each year. He always showed promise, it's just that nobody thought he would be this good... But it's not like he wasn't an upper tier QB in 2018... He was still excellent...

It's the progression from Burrow that makes me love him as a player so much...

That said, you're probably right... He needs for the Bengals not to draft him... Poor guy... :D On one hand, he'll get the best rookie deal he could find... on the other... his career may be over before it begins...

Currently more votes for Jalen Hurts than Tua...

    Now that is interesting...

Whoever the Jags pass over to take some obscure defensive tackle who was about the 50th player on most draft boards.

Tua. Don't sleep on Love though. He could be something special in right situation.

I voted for Burrow mainly because of the questions regarding Tua's health. If Tua Tagovailoa can can avoid injuries, I would rate him and Joe Burrow as 1 and 1a.

I voted for Tua as well. Burrow would have been my #2 and Hurts #3.

I created this poll pre-draft, but now that the Packers drafted Love... It would not surprise me at all if he's the best of the bunch... He's certainly the QB with the highest ceiling... He's just also far from being ready to start...

    Sitting behind Rodgers should help...
