2 top 5 picks no less.
Alabama stars Bryce Young, Will Anderson expected to play in 2022 Sugar Bowl vs. Kansas State
No opt outs on the Bama squad and Kansas State is not exactly a marquee opponent. Saban runs a tight ship for sure and his players take pride in playing for the Tide. I hope we get there some day.
Nice to see this. Wish we saw this more. For all of those that say bowl games are meaningless these guys and Bama surely disagree.
Emotions say to play and finish it out with your teammates because it’s the right thing to do.
Logic says opt out as you’ve proven everything you could on the field. Your best shot at increasing your value is working on your combine numbers and staying healthy.
I see both sides and if it were me, I’d play. If it were my son, I’d advise him to opt out, but would understand if he wanted to play.
This is advice from agents to protect draft position and money. You get a few like Chase at LSU and Bosa at Ohio State that opt out of almost entire season.
seems like it started happening more often after Jake Butt had that devastating knee injury when Michigan played in the Orange Bowl game year’s back. Impacted his draft position and he was never the same thereafter
