Ah, but you certainly have solved for an unknown. In finance you've never done time value of money? Or compared investment outcomes?

That math to which you refer as not useful outside the classroom... Look around you. Most things you see depends on it.

Candy, your update was trending oh so MEH, then you just casually throw in that last paragraph.
    Now that is big news!
    Kudos to you!! And thanks!!

No worries...a few posts down I regain my senses and start complaining about RB and TE misses (which we actually haven't missed yet).

Because with Fat Fulmer and his hand-picked Coach, that's not the message. It's: $$ not enough? OK how about $$$.

I agree we can afford to miss. I’m just saying being that programs miss as often as they do that it’s hard to not take at least one every cycle , bec they miss so often. I may have screwed my verbiage up in the post. I don’t worry about missing ( even though I like everyone else want to hit on all of them ) , I worry about not taking shots at all positions to at least be able to miss or hit. Just something to be mindful of on the transfer part bec is they break out and have an ungodly year than they can literally leave while iron is hot for them. If Lingard and or shorter come in and get waivers and ball out and draft stock is high they can and should leave for quality of life. That’s all I’m saying. I trust dans roster building , but I’m sure he would admit privately it’s not his goal to not at least have 1 Bullet fired at every skill position regardless of transfers. Never know when u hit on one like callaway , he was ranked pretty low and balled out

If that was at UF, I had the same guy for Calculus. He was amazing.

I understood about 90% of the math I studied. It was the other 5% that I had trouble with.

Yea I agree. At first, I was like (and this was during the recruiting process) "he's not really that tall" but then i remembered that size wise he's pretty similar to Aaron Hernandez and he'll be just fine

I had the same guy for Calc 2. He was so good that it took me until like the 3rd or 4th class before I realized he was actually blind. To be honest, I was half asleep most of the time because it was an early class... but still, I was very impressed as well...

I really appreciate your insight. As for myself, I could care less about any last minute surprises. A stud is a stud whether he signs early or late. It's all about the class at the end. The last minute guys don't get more points. I like the class right now. With the addition of those you are hopeful about, we not only have a great class, but a well rounded one. Thanks again. Always look forward to your insight.

kind of a bummer for a finish, but hey it's better than last year so it's improvement. Dan is developing relationships with the 21 and 22 guys so they'll come. In the meantime, hit the transfer portal up and rent players for a year or 2. Would rather them come in hungry for a fresh start then come in entitled (Chris Steele).

I think Steele going from covering HS receivers to the Gator’s ‘19 WR’s gave him nightmares and made him want his mama. He’ll regret not teaming with Elam who is going to be even better.
