Went by the BB Scrimmage this afternoon, watched the first innings and the last 2.
This how the squad was split to start the game
    Orange
    P Leftwich, Ruth
    C Greenfield
    1b Butler
    2b Reese
    SS B McConnell
    3b Pena
    Of Langworthy, Baker, Armstrong

    Blue
    P Mace, H McMullen
    C Miozzi
    1b Caililao
2b Flint/Smith Messed up my notes
    SS Flint/Smith """"""
    3b Acton
    Of Young, Scott, Nelly
    ***********
Best hit I saw was Kirby McMullens's 3 run homer off Ruth in the last inning
Acton had a nice double down the line and Nelly rapped a sharp single for an rbi
Baker struck out withj 2 outs and bases loaded
Reese had a well hit ball to right, ended up as a single
Cal and Leftwich had a couple of passed balls, hard for me to say who was at fault without knowning what was called

Orange 3 runs, 8 hits and 1 error
    Blue 7 - 9 - 2

plan to go again tomorrow, another day with WBK practice, BB & MBK

So many new faces, so many slots to fill. It really is interesting to watch unfold.

    These reports help!
