A couple of things would have to happen

    -Both teams decently ranked
    -Both team undefeated
    -No other traditional/marquee game

Undefeated isn't impossible We have two cupcakes, Tennessee, and Kentucky. They have cupcakes, Kansas State, and Kentucky. Rankings will be at the whim of where we start preseason. Four games isn't much time to rise, and GameDay tends to favor the higher ranked match ups.

And then, right there in the article: "Other games that pose as a threat are: Stanford at Notre Dame and Ohio State at Penn State."

Ohio State vs Penn State ...no doubt. ND is NBC...they won't plug another network unless they have no games.

You also have to consider which game is on ABC or ESPN too. I wonder if we're on CBS for that game.

Yes, this clearly won't happen, even if both Miss St and UF are averaging 99 points per game to 3 for their opponents.

ND still controls the Media and OSU/Penn State is a must to be Gameday.

The only possibility is if at least one team in each of the other pairs start 1-3 or 2-2, which is unlikely to happen.

Myself, I could care less about all the t.v. hype & hoopla discussion before any Gator game. When the game is about to kick off is when I watch, and I sure dont watch ESPN anymore after they went so political over the last couple of years.

Guess I'm more of a "get right down to business" kinda guy instead of all the big-talk before-hand.

0%. The rest of the country could care less about Dan Mullen and Miss St.
