All I can say is that everyone has been gossiping about this and speculating about what the search warrant was related to, and no one had this angle. Jay Trezvant, the AUSA, is solid, so I trust this a legitimate investigation, but wow. My phone is blowing up.
I'm guessing he didn't do the hacking, but since he's a reporter, the hacker may have passed information through him... Even at that, I'd think he could be in trouble if he coordinated with the hacker...
