That explains it. Most of us have an IMG filter in our brains.
He has to work to be a stud. I'm guessing him quitting at halftime also played a part in his rating not rising.
Have you ever lived in Miami? It's hard to tell a tranny form a female sometimes especially after one's had a few drinks. I was in a bar one night and I started talking to these two "girls". After a couple of minutes I asked them " you two aren't girls, are you?". They smiled and said no and I told them I wouldn't tell anyone they were guys. I tended bar a little in Miami Beach in the 1980s and had a few customers who were transvestites and I got to know how to tell them apart from real females. It was a trip both times I lived down there, for sure!!!
L O L A Lola...
Was a 5* 6 months or so ago before the transfer and misc
Historically the rule of thumb has been that a kid has to have a possible path to qualify in order to visit. That only means that if everything went right in the classroom AND test scores rose enough on the sliding scale then they could make it. You cannot visit if your core is so bad there is no possible path to make it in
My nephews who are early-mid 20’s shared this with me a while back and I thought “you guys are well ahead of the curve and you’ll save yourselves a lot of grief if you have a good grasp of this concept already”. Absolutely right @Endless Excuses , one of the funniest YouTube videos ever!!!
I’m not the world’s most passionate man,
But I know what I am,
And I’m glad I’m a man,
But so is Lola

I guess that "not rising" is a very political way of saying "plummeting."
This has been the way forever with UF, and we have excluded a lot of great players from visiting, but I wonder where the policy originated and whether it is relevant now that Stricklin is in charge.
Some suggest SS has eased some things, no idea if true. But if admissions determined there is no way a kid can qualify then why have them visit? Only reason may be to draw interest for down the road if they go juco and qualify that way
In addition, I believe there is also a rule that each Div 1 school is limited to giving 56 official visits for football per year. So that's and additional reason for schools to be somewhat selective and only let kids they know can make grades are allowed to OV.
I have no clue how many OVs UF has actually had this year.
Yeah, that used to be an issue.....but schools dont seem to bring in the volume of kids they used to. Would be interesting to see the actual numbers thru the years
That’s an interesting factoid.
Yes, that is the thing that I am referring to. I remember that we used to not let them get a visit or LOI to sign. Then FSU would swoop in and let them visit, sign, and then place them in a friendly military academy or JUCO and hope to get them back in a year or two. I didn't like that we could not do the same thing.
I'm gald there's great intrigue with next Wednesday with who we're going to close with lol. It was looking pretty lackluster (on the intrigue side, not talent side) after ESD
The fact that they've moved Manual from a 5-star to a 3-star due to "grades" is beyond comprehension. There are more than a handful of players in the top-100 who are likely not going to make it academically.
Was not just grades. He walked out on original HS team without notice.
Funny, but I was watching Tucker Carlson tonight and this book was being promoted.
This is not a political post. Just a Krystal Ball post.
She actually looks pretty good and I am going out on a limb and bucking previous posts and saying she is not a transvestite. NTTIAWWT.
