That is hilarious, and if you've ever listened to any of Trumps speeches, you can see how it could have a double meaning. Trump got played when they left the King of Drones in the dark on this one!

So you can steal the land from a sovereign nation whose borders you agreed to uphold because you could find an excuse to take their parts of their country and murder their people? Are you for real?

It used to be Russian land. Ukraine got it around 1921/22. The Russian-speaking people living in the Donbas didn't want to be part of Ukraine anymore because Ukraine's gov't (riddled with Nazis) was oppressing them (after the US coup that removed the democratically elected president of Ukraine who was friendly towards ethnic Russians). Russia invaded to preempt Ukraine's ground assault and ethnic cleansing of Russian speakers. In violation of the Minsk agreements which it signed, Ukraine was bombarding Russian-speakers with artillery beginning February 16, 2022.

Russia had 3 key demands to avoid war
    1) Ukraine not join NATO, a hostile military alliance that wanted to break Russia apart
    2) No foreign missiles in Ukraine
    3) Ukraine must stop killing Russian-speakers.

    What happened?

    1) Kamala said Ukraine would join NATO
    2) Ukraine said it wanted nuclear weapons
    3) Ukraine started killing Russian-speakers in preparation for a ground assault

Poor ajoseph, stuck in denial-of-reality mode. It would be funnier if it was less tragic.

By Gonzalo Lira, the American journalist living in Kharkov. The Biden administration wanted him dead. They got their wish, with the silent acquiescence of Democrats, RINOs and neocons.

Scott Ritter is a convicted pedophile, so feel free to trust his decision making process. I'm sure it will work out well for you.

Here is ChatGPT description of the website:
The blog is known for its critical stance on Western foreign policies, often scrutinizing U.S. and NATO actions. It frequently presents perspectives that are sympathetic to Russian viewpoints, especially concerning events like the Ukraine conflict. Moon of Alabama has been noted for promoting narratives that align with pro-Russian sentiments and for disseminating conspiracy theories. Media Bias/Fact Check categorizes the site as having a left bias and questions its credibility due to the promotion of pro-Russian propaganda, use of questionable sources, and lack of transparency.

I read the post about the Israeli - Hamas conflict and it dabbles in Blood Libel with saying there is a Jewish way of war which equates to Total War.

It is a crackpot website that cannot be relied upon. The fact "Bernard" will not put his real name behind the website should be a tip off.

OK, how about this: Scott Ritter had his passport seized by the FBI as he was trying to board a plane to Russia.

It's sad to say, but I think we have more in common with the Ukrainians today than the Russians. Like the Ukrainians, we have squandered a great inheritance, and unlike the Russians, we seem to be unable to build great infrastructure in reasonable time frames.

Ridiculous. I figured you weren't reading Moon of Alabama and you were relying on an AI chatbot to formulate your opinion of M of A. To test my theory I asked Grok 3 questions about M of A last night and got a similar response to what you got from ChatGPT. The real take home is the AO chatbots are flawed evaluators of blogs like Moon of Alabama that debunk the Deep State/MSM narrative. When 500 news outlets claim Assad gassed his own people and 1 guy debunks the narrative the AI chatbot gives too much weight to the Deep State/MSM/neocon narrative. As far as Bernhard not giving his last name, that is because he fears for his personal safety.

You need to read the blog for a few days to assess Bernhard's work. Here's a post where Bernhard debunks the UK government's official version of the Skripal's story, where father and daughter were supposedly poisoned with Novichok by Putin:

Yes, and the Soviet Union used to be a sovereign nation and in any case, no longer exists, while its successor state, Russia, guaranteed Ukrainian sovereignty in the Budapest Memorandum in 1994.

With the significant weakening of the Russian state under Putin and its current status of a vassal of China, it should lose its Security Council seat.

    End of story.

The story about Assad was not debunked.

I read the post about the Israeli-Hamas conflict. That is all I needed to read. Why does Bernhard have to fear for his personal safety? If he comes out and puts his real name behind the blog, then I will consider it.

    Russia’s Battlefield Woes in Ukraine

    Some takeaways:
Russian forces have made minimal territorial gains, capturing only about 5,000 square kilometers since January, which accounts for less than 1% of Ukraine’s total land area.
In the Kharkiv region, for example, Russian troops have advanced at a rate of just 50 meters per day, a pace even slower than some of the most sluggish offensives of World War I. Russian equipment losses have been staggering.
Since the beginning of 2024, Russia has lost over 1,800 tanks and more than 3,000 infantry fighting vehicles—far outpacing Ukraine’s losses, with equipment loss ratios estimated between 2:1 and 5:1 in Ukraine’s favor.
Russian military casualties are nearing one million, including an estimated 250,000 deaths. This surpasses the combined total of Russian and Soviet military fatalities in all conflicts since the end of World War II.

I guess you don't know that on February, 19, 2022, or thereabouts, Zelensky said that Ukraine was going to withdraw from the Budapest agreement Ukraine (full of Nazis) wanted to develop nuclear weapons and join NATO, which wanted to destroy Russia. What would you expect Russia to do?

And to add insult to injury, 80% of Russian losses are due to drones - and that will increase.

It isn't hard to do the math, Russia will run out of soldiers before Ukraine runs out of drones.
