These tourists bought the all-inclusive MAGA package which included airfare, hotel room, rental car and tickets to tour the Capitol building. This is what happens when you book vacation trips through Trump Travel Agency.

I agreed then, and now think the same might be true for other Republicans if elected

Yep, he and the other scumbags (heroes in maga world) are counting on getting pardoned. To hell with the country it's all about the cult.

Most of the pawns with lesser sentences will serve their time. So a pardon would be symbolic. Depending on the individual person, there maybe even be some I’d be ok pardoning if they had a 100% clean record and showed true contrition while serving their sentence. Not that I’d expect GOP clowns to exercise discretion (they’ve literally rallied around pardoning war criminals and murders on several occasions).

Would be a shame if the more hardcore organized traitors got out early, and of course the actual architects haven’t even been charged yet.

Anyone have an idea how common it is to pardon someone who was convicted in the prior 24-36 months? I'd guess most pardons are for people facing lengthy sentences who were sentenced long ago.

Foreign Assets (traitors) Flynn and Manafort didn’t have to wait that long, I believe Flynn avoided jail entirely. Guess it pays to be friends of a corrupt President. Clinton and W had more than their share of sketchy “insider” pardons as well that didn’t have to wait long.

What is interesting now is the GOP seems to actually rally around “their” criminals now. Including traitors, murderers, and war criminals.

Most people seeking pardons wait a helluva lot longer. Im sure I can recall some posthumous parsons, so I guess more than a lifetime waiting in some cases.

The moral rot of the GOP continues.

I don't see any politicians on the left saying they'll pardon BLM rioters even though some people here like to claim that the left encouraged and excused rioting during the BLM protests.

The same contingent applauding DeSantis potentially releasing these criminals will be crying about liberal judges releasing criminals from jail LOL

Not to defend DeSantis, but he is responding to the political market in a competitive Republican primary. The Republican base has basically said that those that wanted to overthrow the country should be admired, not prosecuted. They hate this country
